A ONE AND HALF DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME

OVERVIEW

As custodians of communication concerning human resource matters, the way we in shared services choose to communicate (both in writing and verbally) can have a profound impact on how well a message is received by both our employees and business partners. Hence, the impression others have about CSC may well depend on how well we choose to communicate (both verbally and in writing) when dealing with these internal and external customers.


This programme is designed to provide us with insights, ideas, guides and suggested better ways of communicating with our business partners as well as better managing inter-departmental related communications. Through a variety of entertaining real-life case studies and role plays covering a dynamic array of interactional situations, you will learn some insights into what we can do better to ensure we continually ‘make the right impression’.


In addition, participants will also benefit with insights into how we can use an understanding of our ‘strengths’ to 1) develop trust, 2) build stronger bonds with our colleagues, and 3) become better leaders at the workplace.
