Any organisation without a structure and system for differentiating its 1) top, 2) middle, and 3) under performing employees will not be successful in its endeavour to establish a performance driven organisation. Given this reality, the performance improvement plan process is critically important for managing the under-performers of an organisationThis one day workshop will guide managers and supervisors on how to successfully manage their under-performers. It will cover the process of identifying under-performers, the legal requirements for managing under-performers as well as the process of communicating and documenting the under-performing staff’s performance. Managers will leave this session equipped with all the knowledge and skillset required to have a productive and constructive performance improvement plan discussion with their subordinates.
