• Identify the actions leaders take that make people feel powerful and those that make them feel powerless – video case study • How to build trust and facilitate relationships • Helping team members feel more competent and confident • Identify the actions to take to encourage the heart of your team members • Learn the four essentials for what it takes for recognition to be meaningful or special to someone • Identify “immediate” and “long term” actions you will take to improve in each of the five practice areas
