OVERVIEW
Adapted from the American best-selling management development training series, this two-day course teaches aspiring supervisors and managers in Malaysia on what they need to know when dealing with the human resource elements to managing their subordinates.
Specifically, this programme will train all individuals aspiring to become supervisors/managers in your organisation on how to:
