OVERVIEW
Reorganisations and restructurings in organisations are becoming commonplace today given the dynamic and ever changing nature of business. This two day programme is designed to guide organisations on how to successfully implement and manage a rightsizing or downsizing exercise in compliance with ‘latest’ Malaysian labour law and HR Best Practices.
It will cover all aspects of a rightsizing/downsizing process including a Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS), Mutual Separation Scheme (MSS), Layoff and Retrenchment. A key deliverable of this session will be to guide participants on how to manage this process smoothly from the

3) and human aspects
Over two days, participants’ can look forward to getting all the answers they need to know with regard to how best to organise and manage this difficult process, should the need ever arise within their organisation.
